Steak Tank Chili Recipe


  • 3lb Ground Chuck or Protein of your choice.

  • 1 Chopped Onion

  • 3 teaspoon Steak Tank "Attack" Seasoning 

  • 32 oz Tomato Juice

  • 2 –14.5oz Cans Petite Diced Tomatoes

  • 1 –10oz can Rotel Original (+/- for mild or spicy)

  • 1 packet (3 Tablespoons) Steak Tank Chili Seasoning (+/- for mild or spicy)

  • 2 –16oz cans Chili Beans


  1. Brown beef in a pot with onions and Steak Tank "Attack" All Purpose Seasoning.

  2. Drain the fat and return the meat and onions to a chili pot.

  3. Add the Steak Tank Chili Seasoning to the drained/browned meat then add the rest of the ingredients

  4. Mix and allow to simmer on low for 20 minutes.


Add shredded cheese before serving with crackers or corn chips.  Freezes well.
