5 cups of cubed red potatoes
4 cups of water
1 cup thinly sliced celery
1 cup thinly sliced carrots
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
4 chicken flavored bullion cubes
Steak Tank Attack Seasoning to taste. (Or your favorite all purpose seasoning)
2 cups of milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 8oz package Shredded Velveeta (make sure it's marked original.  There is a package that is marked cheddar.)

Combine water, celery, carrots and onion with parsley flakes and bullion cubes.  Bring to a boil and boil for 10-15 minutes, then add potatoes.   Add Steak Tank Attack seasoning and boil for 10-15 minutes longer until vegetables are tender.  Add milk, soup and Velveeta and heat very slowly.  Note:  Best to warm the milk before putting it in.  Just seems to work better.
