1 package or more of cream cheese
1lb of Boars Head Corned Beef
1/2 lb of Swiss Cheese
2- 12 oz shredded kraut (dry dry)
Dice everything up very fine
Mix with cream cheese into balls
Roll balls in Panko
Roll in Egg Wash
Re-dip with Panko
Fry until golden brown. Serve with 1000 Island.
