Ready in 20 minutes


  • 3lb Ground Chuck

  • 1 Chopped Onion

  • 3 teaspoon Sansom Refuse Rub

  • 32 oz Tomato Juice

  • 2 –14.5oz Cans Petite Diced Tomatoes

  • 3 shakes of Sansom Hot Sauce

  • 1 –10oz can Rotel (original)

  • 1 packet (3 Tablespoons) Sansom Chili Seasoning (+/- for mild or spicy)

  • 2 –16oz cans Bush's Chili Beans, (Canned Pinto Beans in Hot Chili Sauce)


  1. Brown beef in a pot with onions and Sansom Refuse Rub.

  2. Drain the fat and return the meat and onions to chili pot.

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients

  4. Mix and allow to simmer on low for 20 minutes.


Add shredded cheese before serving with crackers or corn chips.
