Pellet Smoked Burgers

INGREDIENTS:

½ inch thick hamburger patties

Steak Tank Tactical Sauce or your favorite BBQ or Steak Sauce.

Steak Tank Attack Seasoning

Brioche or Potato Buns & Condiments

DIRECTIONS:

Pellet Grill at 225 degrees.

Blend Steak Tank Attack or your favorite seasonings with ground chuck and form into ½ inch thick round patties.

Place the burgers directly on the pellet grill/

Cook for one hour

Baste the tops of the burgers with Steak Tank Tactical Sauce or your favorite sauce.  Flip the burgers and baste the other side with sauce.

Increase the temperature to 325 degrees for approximately 15-20 minutes to allow the sauce to caramelize on the burgers.

Remove the burgers from grill and let rest for 10 minutes.

PRO TIP:  Load the smoker with the max number of burgers with proper space between each.  Once rested, put patties in the fridge to cool down then portion out and vacuum seal for future meals.  Put the vac sealed bags into boiling water to reheat and serve.  They taste almost as fresh as right off the smoker and super convenient.
