"As a kid, watching the elder cooks in my family provide meals, I quickly learned that cooking was indeed a life skill that is needed.  With that knowledge cooking BBQ became a passion of mine for over 20 years.  Cooking for my family and friends is something I enjoy doing, so in 2010 after meeting my wife, we decided to give our BBQ cooking a name (Uncle Wayne's BBQ) that represented our family and my love for cooking to FEED THE SOUL!"
